Delmaine commissioned EEG to produce project scoping and project management of services for their consolidated factory. Development, cost planning, and cost management to oversee projects within budget and provide genuine time cost status reporting. EEG were commissioned to yield project engineering and management of a jam handling system to drive efficiency in a biscuit manufacturing department. Project successfully delivered a high standard facility delivered lower budget and on time without injury which was an particular performance given the available time frame.
EEG were appointed project manager for the Griffins, Papakura biscuit factory development.
