We have a qualified plant Engineer who operates out of Auckland and works with us to ensure our definite mixes face the customer’s specifications. In 2010 we upgraded our Tangible Plant, to a New bough Engineering Plant qualified of producing up to 120 cubic meters of Concrete per hour, with automated computer controlled batching and environmentally sociable Dust suppression Recycling System. Not only does the upgraded plant offer us the skill to provide more tangible quicker for those bigger jobs it also produces consistent, quality Ready Mix Concrete and had us working with bough engineering, paving the way for a more ecofriendly way of handling cement in a Definite Plant.
Started June 2013 here we are pumping 50 m3 of 25MPa concrete for a cow shed yard, These yards consume around m3 of concrete depending on the size and a normal modern Rotary cow shed will consume m3 of various grades of ready blend concrete.
